A dear friend once told me that she was afraid I was going to smile too big or laugh too hard and explode into confetti and skittles.

I'm a sweet girl. Intelligent. Funny. Ridiculously optimistic. And my heart is a couple of sizes too big. I grew up next to a video store with an amazing selection of black and white films. While most girls played with barbies, I played classic hollywood. It's never left me. I'm obsessed with the 20's - 60's.

I'm not pretentious about my music. Maybe a little. I'm an indie kid. Some of my music I love include Talking Heads, Iron & Wine, Tom Waits, Animal Collective, Regina Spektor, Belle and Sebastian, Noah and the Whale, Andrew Bird, Monsters of Folk, and Fleet Foxes. I also love jazz, 60's soul, swing, classical, punk, and old school hip hop. Oh and I have this weird jones for G.G. Allin. Truth be told I really like the Always Was, Is and Always Shall Be album.

I've only lived in Austin for 3 months. I'm an actress/singer with a crazy schedule, but in my free time I'd like to go on as many adventures as i possible. I can go to museums, terror tuesdays, art shows, theatre productions, and haunted hotels by myself, but that seems silly in a city of 750,000 people. :)

So I think we should do stuff together!
